Return to Innocence
Let’s talk about suffering, guilt and shame and the human relationship with them. The more one suffers, the further away from true divinity one is. The further away from source consciousness, the further away from balance within. Society has certain constructs that have been in place for thousands of years that keep individuals from their divine route and do not allow anyone the ability to find their own true nature, voice and pathway in this world. What is the definition of suffering? It is the state of undergoing pain, distress or hardship. Looking at children or your own inner child, is it in their nature to experience any of these things? No, it is not. It is a byproduct of the distortions created by the experiences of those around you who were not awakened and forced you to change who you were to suit the masses. To become socially acceptable, to be what society or the adults who took part in raising you (parents, teachers, family members) told you was normal.
What is normal anyway? It is conforming to a standard set by a few. Then obeyed by the masses. It removes all authenticity and forces you to become something you are not. When you were a child, you were reprimanded for not behaving the way others wanted you to behave. When that happened, it brought forth suffering, guilt and/or shame. All these feelings and distortions are and were interconnected. They stayed with you into adulthood and changed your reality of who you are and should be. When you were made to be or behave as something you were not it took part of your soul and buried it in lack mentality. It forced you to believe that something was wrong with you. It enabled you to believe that you were not enough, or you were too much. It diminished your capacity to connect to source and be all that you were destined to be. It took your self esteem away and made you conform to what others wanted you to be rather than who you were at your core. It changed your understanding of self.
Children are pure and they are magical. They see everything in this world that is right and beautiful, and they have no filter. They are the magical unicorns of society. But society in the past and still a bit today makes them feel as though they should be seen and not heard. They are told “the grown-ups are talking, or because I said so, or not right now.” They are not given explanations and then they do not understand why something is happening. It puts them in a state of confusions or a state where their own needs are not met. When a child’s needs are not met, they learn how to cope without their needs and end up living adult distortions. Most adults today don’t know how to ensure their own needs are met or how to emotionally cope.
Society and the way children are brought up in the world around them alters their perception, reality and DNA. It alters the way they view the world and what they truly see. It diminishes their gifts and forces them to conform. It takes away their individuality and authenticity and forces them to become sheep. It plugs them into the matrix and then they will spend a lifetime trying to navigate and escape it.
What is the definition of shame? This is the feeling of humiliation or distress caused by the consciousness of wrong or foolish behavior. What is the definition of guilt? Guilt is the feeling of regret due to acknowledging some type of wrongdoing in this life. What is it you have done that is truly foolish or wrong? Nothing! Nothing in life you have done is truly wrong. Everything you did or experienced is what you were meant to go through to find yourself, to learn your lessons and to wake TF up! Have you done things you regret or may be disappointed in yourself for doing? ABSOLUTELY! But guess what…it’s ok. You did what you were programmed to do and now you must forgive yourself. When you hold onto regret, guilt, shame or suffering, it creates stagnation in your life. What you did or was done to you may not be ok, but you can learn from it, and you can grow from the experience to do better in the future.
By forgiving others and yourself, you release that stagnant energy, that energy that keeps hold of you and locks or freezes you in that moment in time. You can allow yourself to be in a truly humble and loving state. You can move forward in a space of gratitude and be open to learning, conceiving new ideas and allowing yourself to understand that you do not know everything. When you can find humility, it brings, grace, when you find grace, you can nurture yourself and set boundaries while moving forward with intent. Once that is accomplished, guess what? You have now balanced your masculine and feminine energies and are emanating in a harmonic vibration that allows for fruitful celebrations because you are now available to receiving your blessings.
When you can release victimhood, you become a powerful active participant who is an active cocreator in your life. You must make conscious shifts in your awakening to ground and take each step, every day to ensure that you do not take on too much. This is a long process of deprogramming and returning to the innocence of your inner child. That beautiful, angelic, soul that was truly divine and had no inhibitions and was the most authentic version of yourself.
When you begin to deprogram it is a lot like AA (alcoholics anonymous), any sobriety or addiction program. It’s all in steps and stages and so is your awakening. You will encounter behavior that you wish to deprogram and shift to behave in a higher vibrational energy. You want desperately to move into a new state of being, but don’t know how to get there. It starts with you being engrossed in your previous behavior. You may always react in a certain way in a given situation. At first you don’t notice that, which you are doing, then you have some type of awakening or awareness to that behavior and decide you want to change it. The first step is acknowledging that you behave in that way, whatever behavior that nay be. Then you realize after the fact that you did it again after being triggered or encountering the loss of control. You feel discouraged initially because you want to make a difference in your own behavior. When the trigger arises in the next moment of turmoil, you realize while you are in that undesirable behavior that you want to change it but can’t seem to stop yourself. Next, you begin to react as you always do, but have the wherewithal to stop mid act and shift the behavior. PROGRESS! Be proud of yourself in this moment and every moment prior because you are doing it! The next time it happens you acknowledge how you would behave in the past and consciously make the effort to react in a different manner. This is difficult, but IT IS HAPPENING!!! Then after some practice in the future when the trigger or situation arises, you realize after the fact that you would have behaved completely differently manner in the past. Then suddenly it is a non-issue because you have reprogrammed yourself to behave in a way that suits your soul and authenticity. You have broken the pathways that have kept you stagnant or repeating karmic cycles/behavior. It is a process, and it is not easy, but it is worth it.
You can get out of any behavior or victimization in your life. It takes work, conscious and subconscious reprogramming and support. However, the more you stay present and connect to your senses and ground, the easier it is for you to find your way back to innocence and back to that beautiful inner child. When you find your inner child and reconnect to their spirit and your higher self you truly become the holy trinity and have complete access to God consciousness. The more you connect to God consciousness, the more abundant you are in all areas and the more you have access to all grids here on Earth. You have access to all energies, things, people, places and the ability to find true peace, love, acceptance, authenticity and love. So, look at your life and see where do you feel guilt, shame, and suffering and how do these feeling present patterns in your life? Where do they stem from and how do you want to shift your consciousness? This will not be easy, but the more you work within this frame to shift and reprogram to love and authenticity, the more you come home to your soul.
